Passionate about photography and animals.

I first got into photography in 2020, a release from a stressful full on job, I used it as a way to be creative, express myself and get out into the world.
I’ve always loved animals, I was brought up with dogs for most of my childhood and these two passions collided when a friend asked me to take some photos of their dog, I lept at the chance and never looked back.
I love working with animals, they are all different and I see the close bond between them and their owners, I take great joy from seeing the end results and sharing it with clients, why not get in touch with me to discuss photographing your pets.

FAQs:

  • It depends on various factors though I like to spend between 1-2 hours per shoot, this allows your pet to get used to me.

  • No, I will work with most animals, some animals are easier to work with than others but please contact me with the details of your specific animal before booking.

  • I will approach each photoshoot as a case by case basis, I will not photograph pets that have a history of being dangerous towards people or other animals, I have however worked with animals that are nervous with new people and I approach any shoot carefully as not to stress the animal.

  • I will contact you prior to the day to arrange a time and location that works for us both. On the day I will be very hands off with your animal, it means I can take photos without them paying attention to me. I may ask you to get your pet to sit or pose and will interact with them through you. I can take photos of you with your pet during the shoot.

Please bring everything you would normally when taking your pet for a walk, if they have a toy that grabs their attention please bring that along, if they are food motivated then bring some treats, also always bring a lead with you so your animal can be controlled around other pets and people.

We will essentially just go for a walk and I will take photos as we go!

  • Yes! This is fine, images can be edited after the shoot to remove the lead, please be aware that extensive editing requires extra work which may effect pricing slightly.

  • Absolutely! I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable during the shoot, I will request that where possible children are not brought along where it can be avoided, I will need you to be able to control your pet during the shoot, If a child does come along please ensure another adult is there to supervise the child.

  • In a word, No. I require you or a responsible adult to be with your animal throughout the photoshoot.

  • Absolutley! I am more than happy to do so, this wont effect the price of the photoshoot though it will limit the amount of photos captured of each animal.

  • Yes, I can accommodate this request on a case by case basis however I prefer to capture photos of your pets outside.

  • I can certainly recommend locations that would be suitable for a shoot depending on where you live, please drop me a message at least a week prior to the shoot to arrange this.

  • I will strive to get the photos from the shoot edited within two weeks, I will send you a web link to a virtual portfolio private to you that will show you the final images.

  • If you would like the photos placed on a memory card then this can be facilitated. I would prefer if you supplied your own SD card although I can provide an SD at a cost, please contact me if you require this.
